Free tracked shipping on every order.
Processing time
Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
Delivery times
- United States: 7 to 12 business days
- Canada, United Kingdom, Europe: 7 to 14 business days
- Australia, New Zealand and rest of the world: 10 to 20 business days
Christmas ordering
To open door 1 on December 1, we recommend ordering by November 15. During the holiday season carriers can experience delays outside our control.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with your tracking number. You can follow your package anytime on our Track My Order page.
Customs and duties
For orders shipped outside the United States, local customs duties or taxes may apply depending on your country. These are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost packages
If your tracking has not updated for 15 days or your package is marked delivered but you did not receive it, contact us at palcru@outlook.fr and we will make it right.
