We want you to love your LoopAdvent. If you are not completely satisfied, you can request a full refund within 90 days of receiving your order. No forms, no questions, no restocking fee.
How to request a refund
- Email us at palcru@outlook.fr with your order number.
- We reply within 24 to 48 hours with the return address and instructions.
- Send the item back in its original packaging. We recommend a tracked service.
Refund timing
Once we receive and check your return, we refund the full product price to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the credit.
Damaged or missing items
If your calendar arrives damaged or an item is missing, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we will send a replacement or a refund at no cost to you.
Exceptions
Items returned after 90 days or items damaged through misuse are not eligible for a refund.
