Changed your mind, or they already have one? No problem. You have 90 days from delivery to send your LoopAdvent back.
Return in 3 steps
- Contact us at palcru@outlook.fr with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Get your return address: we reply within 24 to 48 hours with the instructions.
- Ship it back in its original packaging, ideally with a tracked service, and send us the tracking number.
Once your return arrives, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. No restocking fee.
Received a damaged item? Send us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we replace it for free, no return needed.
